Two of the the most legendary singers in Southern Gospel history sang with the Rebels... Big Jim Hamil, later of the Kingsmen, and London Parris, later of the Blockwood Brothers Quartet. Here they sing I Wanna Get Closer To God. This may be the finest quartet sound ever. They have the Statesmen style and the Kingsmen fulness of sound. Group was headquarted in Tamps, FL.
